About Us
We are family run, artisan chocolate makers, based in Devon.
For many years we helped financial and retail organisations develop their computer and business support systems. Although this was interesting work, it took us increasingly away from the Devon countryside which we so enjoy, and gave us less and less time to devote to our love of working with chocolate. In 2006 we decided to change our lifestyle, putting all of our energies into developing a range of chocolates.
Our aim is to produce beautiful chocolate products with interesting combinations of both subtle and strong flavours and varied textures.
We currently have a small selection which will grow over time and would be happy to discuss your bespoke requirements, e.g. a planned wedding or birthday celebration – just give us a call.
In the interests of environmental concerns we try to keep our packaging to a minimum and recycle materials where we can. |
Our Products
Our handmade chocolates are freshly prepared every day in small batches. We specialise in producing high quality chocolates, using only the finest Belgian chocolate together with the freshest ingredients locally sourced where possible.
All our truffles are made with fresh cream. They are then hand piped, dipped in chocolate then rolled in their individual finish. We caramelise all the nuts we use for our bars and pralines to ensure the freshest crunchy taste, and use natural ingredients throughout our range to ensure that the full flavour comes through in each chocolate.
Along with traditionally loved flavours such as hazelnut and coffee we also like to introduce unusual tastes such as basil, Guinness and peanut butter into our collection. As our range broadens seasonal flavours will be incorporated.
Our chocolates are currently available by contacting us directly or from a small number of specialist confectionery and farm shops across Devon. We are also in the process of developing our website so that customers can buy our chocolates online.
